Shubhra Bhattacharya neither has any pecuniary relationship nor is related to other Directors of Company. She has been appointed for a term of five years with effect from 1st February, 2019 and her appointment is subject to approval of members. Brief Profile of Ms. Shubhra Bhattacharya: Shubhra Bhattacharya is MBA (Human Resource Management) from Xaviers Labor Relations Institute, India and Honours Diploma in Computer Programming, NIIT. Currently, she is associated with Vyaktitva, India as an Associate Partner. She has professional experience of more than 25 years in HR.
