Sri Nachammai Cotton Mills has informed that unaudited financial results for the quarter and the nine months ended 31st December 2018 were reviewed by the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors and approved by the Board of Directors at the meeting held on the 4th of February 2019. Statutory Auditors of the Company have carried out a limited review of the said results and a copy of the Limited Review Report is also enclosed.
