GAIL India has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2018.
The company has reported 33.20% rise in its net profit at Rs 1,681.23 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 1,262.22 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 36.16% at Rs 20009.03 crore for Q3FY19 as compared Rs 14695.09 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
GAIL India is India’s principal Natural Gas Company with activities ranging from Gas Transmission and Marketing to Processing (for fractionating LPG, Propane, SBP Solvent and Pentane); transmission of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG); production and marketing of Petrochemicals like HDPE and LLDPE and leasing bandwidth in Telecommunications.
