Sobha reports 31% rise in Q3 consolidated net profit

Sobha has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2018.

The company has reported a rise of 59.06% in its net profit at Rs 71.10 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 44.70 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 23.42% at Rs 791.50 crore for Q3FY19 as compared Rs 641.30 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported a rise of 30.71% in its net profit at Rs 69.80 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 53.40 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 15.32% at Rs 807.70 crore for Q3FY19 as compared Rs 700.40 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
