The New India Assurance Company has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2018.
The company has reported a net loss of Rs 113.52 crore for the quarter under review against net profit of Rs 617.29 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 7.74% at Rs 6357.35 crore for Q3FY19 as compared Rs 5900.68 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
The New India Assurance Company has become one of the largest non-life insurance companies, not only in India, but also in the Afro-Asian region. Industrial Insurance, liability insurance, commercial insurance, personal insurance these are the product of the company.
