Pursuant to Regulation 32 and other applicable regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Subros has informed that the proceeds from the preferential issue have been fully utilized by the Company as per the objects stated in the explanatory statement to the Notice of extra-ordinary general meeting dated 27.09.2018. Further, there is no deviation or variation in the utilization of the proceeds.
