SpiceJet reports 77% fall in Q3 net profit

SpiceJet has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2018.

The company has reported a fall of 77.05% in its net profit at Rs 55.07 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 239.99 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 20.74% at Rs 2530.83 crore for Q3FY19 as compared Rs 2096.11 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

SpiceJet is among the first private companies that stepped into the Indian aviation sector.
