Harita Seating Systems has received approval for draft Composite Scheme of Arrangement of Harita and Harita Venu and Harita Cheema and Harita Financial Services and Harita Seating Systems and Minda Industries and their respective shareholders.
In consideration for amalgamation of the company with the transferee Company, the shareholders of the Company shall receive Equity Shares or Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares (NCRPS) of the Transferee Company as consideration for the proposed scheme. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 14, 2019 has approved the same.
Harita Seating Systems specializes in manufacture & supply of safe, comfortable, durable seats for various types of vehicles like Commercial Vehicles -Driver & assistant seat for commercial vehicles.
