Further to Company’s letter dated November 22, 2017, wherein Action Construction Equipment had informed that the Board of Directors of the Company had considered and approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Frested Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company with the Company as per the provisions of Section 230-232 & 234 of the Companies Act, 2013 (Scheme). In this regard, the Company has informed that the Honble National Company Law Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench (NCLT) vide its order dated February 20, 2019 has approved the said Scheme.
