Sudal Industries has received a notice from Syndicate Bank dated February 23, 2019, under Section 13(2) of Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, to regularise the outstanding overdue credit facilities within a period of 60 days from the date of such Notice.
