Brigade Group has signed of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Technopark, Government of Kerala, for developing an iconic World Trade Center (WTC) at Technocity, Thiruvananthapuram, a 300 acre IT campus where companies like Nissan and TCS have already taken land. WTC Thiruvananthapuram is being set up on a 13 acre site at Technocity.
The iconic building is proposed to be part of a larger mixed use development, with allied facilities including hotel, serviced apartments, hostel (men & Women) for working professionals and neighbourhood retail and entertainment. The total development will be 2.5 million square feet. The project will generate employment for 15,000 people.
