NCC has informed that press release is being issued pursuant to the Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 in connection with the enclosed order(s)/contract(s) received by the Company. The Promoters / promoter croup/Group companies do not have any interest in the entities that have awarded the projects to NCC. The same does not fall under the 'Related party Transactions'. The details of the contract awarded as required under Regulation 30 of SEB (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 are given in the enclosure. The above projects need to be executed within 09 to 36 months from the date of the award.
