Pact Industries has received approval for sale of movable and/or immovable assets of the company, situated at Sahnewal Khurd, Ludhiana in state of Punjab on account of shortage of space required for the smooth working of the premises. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 28, 2019 has approved the same. Further, the board is planning to purchase bigger factory and continue the said business.
