Sangam Renewables has received approval to sell/transfer company's roof top Solar Plant of 860 KWp situated at the roof of Maharashtra Seamless (MSL), Sukeli, Raigad in the state of Maharashtra, at a consideration of Rs 4.25 crore. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 02, 2019 has approved the same.
