MEP Infrastructure Developers’ Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) -- MEP Longjian ACR, MEP Longjian CLR and MEP Longjian Loha Waranga Road have achieved the Financial Closure as per the Concession Agreement executed with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) dated July 4, 2018.
MEP Longjian ACR has achieved the Financial Closure for the project of Four Laning of Ausa-Chakur Section of NH361 from km. 55.835 to km. 114.345 (Design length 58.51 km.) under NH (0) in the State of Maharashtra on Hybrid Annuity Mode. Besides, MEP Longjian CLR has achieved the Financial Closure for the project of Four Laning of Chakur – Loha Section of NH-361 from km. 114.600 to km. 187.800 (Design length 73.345 km.) under NH (0) in the State of Maharashtra on Hybrid Annuity Mode.
Also, MEP Longjian Loha Waranga Road has achieved the Financial Closure for the project of Four Laning of Loha - Waranga Section of NH-361 from km. 187.800 to km. 244.369 (Design length 56.569 km.) under NH (0) in the State of Maharashtra on Hybrid Annuity Mode. The construction period of the said projects are 2 years from the Appointed Date.
