IL&FS Engineering & Construction Company has informed that Board of Directors of the Company in its Meeting held on March 11, 2019 has approved the appointment of Saheli Banerjee (ACS- 44382) as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from March 11, 2019. Upon joining, Banerjee shall be considered the Key Managerial Personnel under Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013, and shall be the Compliance Officer of the Company under Regulation 6(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
