The equity stake of the company in its subsidiary has increased from 71.52% to 80.06% and Preference Stake increased from 85.01% to 100% enabling enhanced control in the operating of SSLL by the Company. Earlier, the executive Committee of Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 11, 2019 had approved the same.
