Mohinidevi Goenka Investments has bought 18.16 lakh shares in IL&FS Transportation Networks at Rs 6.81 per share on the BSE on March 14, 2019. However, M G Investments has offloaded around 18.16 lakh shares in the company at Rs 6.81 per share on same day.

The company is a developer, operator and facilitator of surface transportation infrastructure projects, taking projects from conceptualization through commissioning to operations and maintenance under public to private partnership on build-operate-transfer (BOT) basis.
