HDFC’s JV to provide title insurance policy for Shraddha Landmark

Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC) and ERGO International AG’s Joint venture (JV) Company -- HDFC ERGO General Insurance Company to provide Title Insurance policy for Shraddha Landmark (SLPL), for upcoming project in Bhandup (West), Mumbai.

The adoption of this policy by Shraddha Landmark will provide their upcoming project and the subsequent buyers with much-needed safety against financial losses that may arise due to defects in the title of the property when the ownership of the property is transferred.

HDFC offers a whole gamut of products like loans to individuals, loans to corporates, construction finance, and lease rental discounting. The financial conglomerate has subsidiaries and associates in insurance (general and life), asset management, education finance, venture funds and banking services.
