Accordingly the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 7th March 2019 ,at Sapna Trade Centre, 10th Floor, 10B /2, No. 109, P.H Road, Chennai 600 084 had accepted resignation of Naressh Mahendra Kumar Jain, lndependent Director and he is relieved from the services with effect from 07th March, 2019.
