IndusInd Bank has received approval to raise funds through issuance of Rated, Listed, Non-Convertible, Perpetual, Subordinated and Unsecured Basel III compliant Bonds in the nature of Debentures towards non-equity regulatory Additional Tier I capital (AT1 Bonds) for a face Value of Rs 10 lakh each for cash for an aggregate amount of upto Rs 2,000 crore with base issue being Rs 1,000 crore and a Green-shoe option to retain oversubscription upto Rs 1,000 crore. The Board of Directors of the bank at its meeting held on March 18, 2019 has approved the same.
