GRM Overseas has purchased the immoveable property in Gandhidham presently owned by Sumit Sudhir Jindal and address of same is Plot No. 328, in GIDC, admeasuring 15532.55 Square meters or thereabouts, situated at Mithirohar, Taluka Gandhidham, Kachchh for a total consideration of Rs 1,54,09,382 for the complete sell, transfer, convey, and assignment of the said plot of land.
This transaction of Purchase of property is not a related party transaction and the seller is not related to the Promoter / Promoter group / Key Managerial Personnel of the company.
