Adani Transmission gets nod to buyback NCDs up to Rs 1,000 crore

Adani Transmission has received an approval for the Buy-Back of 10,000 Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) aggregating up to Rs 1,000 crore from the existing Debenture Holders in one or more tranche through negotiated deals as may be agreed. The Board of Directors at its meeting held on March 20, 2019, approved the same.

Adani Transmission is a holding company. The company operates as a power transmission company. It is engaged in transmission of electric energy and trading of castor oil.
