Gandhi and Devanshu L. Gandhi, as Managing Directors of the Company for a further period of 5 years with effect from 1st April, 2019 to 31st March, 2024 with payment of remuneration as may be decided, subject to recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and subject to approval of the Shareholders.
