Indusind Bank has informed that in terms of the Insider Trading code of the Bank, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Bank shall remain closed from Tuesday, March 26, 2019 upto two Trading Days after the date of declaration of the Audited Financial Results for FY2018-19, for Banks employees / Directors / Promoters and other Connected Persons in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The date of the Board Meeting for the aforesaid purpose shall be intimated shortly.
