NHPC has issued unsecured, redeemable, non-cumulative, non-convertible, taxable GOI Fully Serviced Bonds (Series-I) on private placement basis. The size of issue is Rs 2017.20 crore and the date of allotment is March 22, 2019 (Deemed Date). The coupon rate is 8 12% p.a. (payable semiannual). The Bonds are proposed to be listed on Wholesale Debt Market (WDM) Segment of National Stock Exchange (NSE).
