KNR Constructions surges on bagging order worth Rs 232.83 crore

KNR Construction is currently trading at Rs. 261.60, up by 3.40 points or 1.32% from its previous closing of Rs. 258.20 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 251.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 264.00 and Rs. 251.00 respectively. So far 3468 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 339.40 on 18-Apr-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 163.30 on 11-Oct-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 270.00 and Rs. 249.90 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3703.86 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 55.38%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 31.70% and 12.91% respectively.

KNR Constructions has been awarded by Superintending Engineer, Highways, C&M Circle, Salem, an order worth of Rs 232.83 crore towards construction of Fly Over at Ramanathapuram and Sungam Junctions at Km. 7/200 - 10/350 (old N.H 67, NGM Road, Km 340/0 - 343/150) to be completed within a period of 24 months from the appointed date.

KNR Construction is a multi-domain infrastructure project development company providing (EPC) engineering, procurement and construction services across various fast growing sectors namely roads & highways, irrigation and urban water infrastructure management.
