(II) dated 25th March, 2019 has appointed Subhash Chander Negi and Dr.Rajnish Pande as Independent Directors on the Board of the Company for a period of three years or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Further, a copy of the aforesaid order along with the profile of the appointed Directors is annexed. They are not related to any directors on the Board of the company.
