Marathon Nextgen Realty has received approval for the acquisition of 100% equity of Marathon Nextgen Townships (MNTP) for a consideration of Rs 1 lakh. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 25, 2019 has approved the same.
The board also approved the investment proposals upto Rs 150 crore to spur up its growth activities.
Marathon Nextgen Realty focuses on residential and commercial segments.
