VJ:467 dated 24th January, 2019, AMJ Land Holdings has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has partially modified the Resolution passed in its Meeting held on 24th January, 2019 in respect of the re-appointment of Ved Prakash Leekha (DIN: 00048568) as a Managing Director of the Company for a period of 5 years and decided to defer the effective date of appointment of Ved Prakash Leekha, as a Managing Director till the approval by way of Special Resolution in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company instead of 01st April, 2019.
