DCW jumps on getting nod to raise Rs 400 crore via NCDs

DCW is currently trading at Rs. 22.00, up by 1.10 points or 5.26% from its previous closing of Rs. 20.90 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 20.65 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 22.50 and Rs. 20.60 respectively. So far 144898 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 37.30 on 19-Apr-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 13.15 on 11-Feb-2019.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 22.50 and Rs. 19.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 467.39 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 47.42%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 9.93% and 42.65% respectively.

DCW has received approval to raise fund through issue of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) on private placement basis for an amount up to Rs 400 crore. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 29, 2019 has approved the same.

The company has also received approval from its board to raise funds aggregate to Rs 80 crore through issuance of issue of warrants and equity shares on preferential basis to the Promoters, Promoter Group, Business Associates and Investors.
