Federal Bank has informed that Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Bank shall remain closed for all designated persons including Directors, KMPs, designated employees of the Bank including the immediate relatives of all the designated persons of the Bank and for the connected persons with effect from 01st April, 2019 till two days after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Bank for FY 2018-19.
