Polygenta Technologies has informed that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 21 March 2019, has approved amendment to the Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (Code) of the Company to comply with the SEBI (Prohibition of Inside Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018. In compliance with Regulation 8(2) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Inside Trading) Regulations, 2015, it has enclosed the amended Code.
