NTPC has increased total installed capacity of 1st unit of 800 MW of Gadarwara Super Thermal Power Project (2x800 MW). With this, the total installed capacity of NTPC and NTPC group has become 47325 MW and 55126 MW respectively.

NTPC is the largest power utility company in India and has presence in Coal, Gas, Solar PV, Hydro and Wind Power Generation and Coal Mining.
