Modison Metals has received approval from its board to form a Joint venture (JV) company as a subsidiary company of Modison Metals to manufacture tungsten metal products. The Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on April 02, 2019, approved the same. Further, the board has authorized G. L. Modi or Rajkumar Modi or Kumar Jay Modi to invest upto Rs 7 crore in JV and to sign related documents to complete the procedure.

Modison Metals manufactures and markets electrical contacts for low, medium, high, and extra high voltage switchgear industries in India and internationally.
