Surana Telecom & Power has divested 100% of equity stake held in Globecom Infotech, wholly owned subsidiary, to Narender Surana and Devendra Surana, Promoter Group of the Company effective from March 30, 2019. Consequently, Globecom Infotech ceased to be a subsidiary Company.
Surana Telecom & Power was engaged in the business of manufacturing of petro products such as petroleum jelly and telecom products such as jointing kits. Later the company ventured into the telecommunication sector with the production of jelly filled telephone cables.
