Parle Software has ceased to be Subsidiary of Eaugu Udyog (Promoter Company) pursuant to divestment of 84,88,876 Equity Shares (60.63%) by Eaugu Udyog in the capital of Parle Software to Fortunepoint Exports (Co- Promoter Company) by way of Inter se transfer of shares between promoters.
Pursuant to aforesaid Inter se Transfer of 60.63% in the Capital of Parle Software acquired by Fortunepoint Exports from Eaugu Udyog its holding has increased from 0.85% to 61.48% in the capital of Parle Software as a result Fortunepoint Exports has become the Holding Company (61.48%) of Parle Software.
