MPL Plastics has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by SEBI {Prohibition of Insider Trading) {Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and in accordance with the Company's code of conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons including Directors of the Company and their immediate relatives from 5th April, 2019 and the same shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2019 to the public.
