Gujarat Industries Power Company has informed that trading window for sale/purchase of and for dealing in Company's equity shares will remain closed with immediate effect for all the designated persons as defined under the Company's Code of Conduct under the said Regulations. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the FY 2018-19 by the Board of Directors at its Meeting to be held for the purpose. The date of said Board Meeting shall be communicated in due course.
