Sobha’s wholly owned subsidiary-- Sobha Developers (Pune) has acquired 100% equity shares of Sobha Interiors. With the acquisition of the said equity shares, Sobha Interiors shall become a wholly owned subsidiary of Sobha Developers (Pune) and a step down subsidiary of Sobha.

Sobha is one of the fastest growing and foremost backward integrated real estate players in the country. It primarily focuses on residential and contractual projects.
