Kkalpana Industries (India) has informed that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2019, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019, pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and recommendation of dividend, if any, for the Financial Year March 31, 2019. Further, the trading window, for dealing in equity shares of the Company, is closed for all directors, executives one level below the Board and designated persons with effect from April 05, 2019 and shall remain closed upto May 30, 2019, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders framed by the Company.
