Apollo Tyres has reported results for the quarter ended June 30, 2011.
The Company’s net profit for the quarter rose by 9.43% at Rs 44.43 crore as compared to Rs 40.61 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2010. Its total Income has increased by 74.88% at Rs 1962.06 crore for the quarter under review from Rs 1121.92 crore for the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
On consolidated basis, the group’s net profit for the quarter rose by 3.95% at Rs 77.13 crore as compared to Rs 74.19 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2010. Its Total Income has increased by 54.83% at Rs 2824.36 crore for the first quarter of FY12 as compared to Rs 2824.36 crore for June quarter of the previous Fiscal.
