Accel Transmatic has informed that Philip John the retiring director has not been re-appointed as a director in the annual general meeting held on August 14, 2012 and it was also decided that such vacancy be not filled up.It was also noted that Philip John ceases to be the whole time director of the company with effect from the closing hours of August 14, 2012.
Further, the company has informed that, in the board meeting held on August 14, 2012, ST. Prabhu has been co-opted as additional director of the company with effect from August 14, 2012 and has also been designated as whole time director.
