M AND B Switchgears has now informed that the company has declared interim dividend of Rs. 0.50 per share for the financial year 2012-13 and there was no dividend declared for the financial year 2011-12 as per board meeting held on August 13, 2012.
Further, the company has inform that, the register of members & share transfer books of the company will remain closed from August 30, 2012 to August 31, 2012 for the purpose of payment of interim dividend & annual general meeting (AGM) of the company which is going to be held on September 24, 2012 as declared by the board in the meeting held on August 13, 2012.
