In terms of Regulation 7(3) of SEBI LODR, 2015, Goodyear India has informed that it received a compliance certificate dated April 23, 2019 from Share Transfer Agent- Skyline Financial Services. In terms of the said compliance certificate, the company certified that the Company has authorized Skyline Financial Services Share Transfer Agent, registered with SEBI vide registration number for all activities in relation to both physical and electronic share transfer facility during the period 01.10.2018 to 31.03.2019 under regulation 7(2) of the SEBI LODR, 2015.
