Shree Renuka Sugars has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 08/05/2019, to consider and approve the Standalone & Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/year ended 31st March 2019, and to consider restructuring of the terms of listed Non Convertible Debentures (NCDs) issued by the Company. Further, pursuant to the Company’s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of trading by insiders ‘Trading Window’ for trading in the Company’s equity shares by the Specified Persons shall continue to remain closed till 10th May 2019. The Trading Window for trading in the equity shares of the Company shall re-open from 13th May 2019.
