Yes Bank slips on reporting net loss of Rs 1507 crore in Q4

Yes Bank is currently trading at Rs. 175.05, down by 62.35 points or 26.26% from its previous closing of Rs. 237.40 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 213.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 213.70 and Rs. 172.35 respectively. So far 9899206 shares were traded on the counter.

Yes Bank has reported a net loss of Rs 1,506.64 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2019 against net profit of Rs 1,179.44 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the bank increased by 17.09% at Rs 8,388.23 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 7,163.95 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2018.

For the year ended March 31, 2019, the bank has posted a fall of 59.28% in its net profit at Rs 1,720.27 crore as compared to Rs 4,224.56 crore for the previous year. However, total income of bank increased 34.22% at Rs 34,214.90 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 25,491.25 crore for year ended March 31, 2018.
