The company also enclosed a declaration with respect to Audit Report with unmodified opinion on the said financial reports. The results were approved and taken on record by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on today, commenced at 2.00 pm and concluded at 3:30 pm. Further informed that the Board has recommended final Dividend of Re 0.60 per Equity share (60%) .
