Bank of India has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Bank of India will be held on Thursday, 16th May, 2019 to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (standalone and consolidated) of the Bank for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2019 and other matters as per Regulation 29 (1) (e), if any. Further in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations and 'Bank of India Directors' and Employees' Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading', the trading window which was closed from 04.04.2019 (intimated vide letter dated 03.04.2019) shall open after 48 hours of declaration of Results in view of the aforesaid Boarding Meeting.
