Essel Propack has informed about the outcome of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today. The Board has recommended Dividend of Rs 1.25 per equity share of face value of Rs 2 each for the financial year 2018-19, for approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The Board has approved audited standalone and consolidated financial statements of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31 March 2019. The Company has attached herewith above referred audited financial statements, auditors reports issued by Ford Rhodes Parks & Co LLP, the Statutory Auditors of the Company, on the above mentioned financial results and confirmation relating to unmodified opinion of auditor.
